About Us

We are a premier source of small business advice for entrepreneurs and established businesses. We were founded and are staffed by experienced executives and business owners. We are a volunteer, nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote the success of entrepreneurs and small businesses in Minnesota. We offer FREE Mentoring/Coaching, Webinars, Business Plan advice, CEO Roundtable Forums and a Women's Collaborative. Our Advisory Council is for small business owners who are seeking feedback on their plans for growth, financing, marketing/sales strategies, acquisition or exiting the business.

We customize our mentoring to meet our client’s unique needs and goals. We promote the success of prospective and existing small business owners. In these challenging times of change, pandemic, business closures and unemployment, there is always hope for new beginnings. As generations before, people will seek our new opportunities for starting and re-starting their own businesses - and that’s where we can help you at no charge or obligation to you.

Our volunteers have over 500 years of combined business experience as executives and business owners. We are entrepreneurs and have started our own businesses. We know what it's like to build from the ground up. We also offer you decades of mentoring and workshop facilitation experience.
