Both mayors took office in 2018 and are serving their second terms leading the Twin Cities.\n\nAfter spending a decade on air in TV news\, Roshini returned home to Minneapolis in 2006 to launch Roshini Multi Media a boutique executive coaching\, crisis consulting\, and professional speaking firm. She has conducted thousands of interviews during her 25 years as a broadcast journalist and is a called upon by media across the US for her in depth analysis of crisis management and political strategy.
