It occurs across three tiers:
TIER ONE - YOUR COMPANY, ORGANIZATION, FAMILY, OR TEAM GOAL
Every change effort must begin with a clearly defined endgame or vision and align all activities.
TIER TWO - INHERENT PERSONAL INFLUENCE OR POWER
Once an organizational endgame is defined, I help individuals find how to aim their unique talents and potential to obtain it.
TIER THREE - GROUP COLLECTIVE INFLUENCE OR POWER
If we're working together, conflict or disruption is inevitable. Without the right training to enable community-building, even through uncertainty or unexpected shifts and policy-making, unity is threatened. Progress suffers and decreases morale.
