We are pleased to recognize Mytech Partners\, Olmsted Medical Center and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota for their generous contributions to the community and their outstanding giving programs.\n\n\n\n \n\nSmall Business Award: Mytech Partners\n\nMytech Partners\, a strategic information technology consulting and managed services provider serving small to medium-size businesses in Minnesota and Colorado\, created the Make A Difference Community Partner Grant which provides nonprofits with a minimum of 3 years of full managed and professional IT services. \n\n \n\nMedium Business Award: Olmsted Medical Center \n\nOlmsted Medical Center\, southeastern Minnesota's trusted community healthcare provider\, donated $50\,000 to Families First of Minnesota Head Start. With the donation\, Families First of Minnesota and OMC will partner to provide childcare scholarships to qualifying families in the community\, to help defray entry costs and support training for new childcare providers\, and to fund the Crisis Nursery. \n\n \n\nLarge Business Award: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota \n\nBlue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota\, (Blue Cross)\, the state's largest not-for-profit health insurer\, is the recipient of the large business award. The corporate giving and volunteering programs of Blue Cross drive positive change in communities throughout Minnesota\, with a strategic focus on advancing racial and health equity. The essence and scope of their many social impact programs are clearly visible in the programs and partnerships they have created.\n\n\n***********************************************************\n\n \n2022 Keynote Speaker: Tonya Allen\, President\, McKnight Foundation\n\nTonya Allen is president of the McKnight Foundation\, a Minnesota-based family foundation that advances a more just\, creative\, and abundant future where people and planet thrive. The Foundation grants approximately $120 million annually in support of equitable communities\, a clean energy economy\, global food systems\, artists and culture bearers\, and innovative neuroscience research. Allen heads a majority women\, majority people-of-color senior leadership team and a diverse team of about 60.\n\n\n\nPreviously\, Allen served as president and CEO of The Skillman Foundation\, and she co-founded Detroit Children's Fund and Detroit Parent Network. She is currently board chair of the Council on Foundations\, co-chair of the Executives' Alliance for Boys and Men of Color\, and a board member of the GHR Foundation\, WPO Minnesota\, and Greater MSP.\n\n\n\nAllen has been lauded for her results-driven and highly influential collaborative approach by the Chronicle of Philanthropy (Five Nonprofit Innovators to Watch)\, the Funders Network (Nicholas P. Bollman Award)\, Detroit News (Michiganian of the Year)\, and Twin Cities Business (TCB 100: People to Know in 2022). Her opinion pieces on topics as varied as climate change\, agroecology\, and asset-based framing have appeared in Newsweek\, The Hill\, Inside Philanthropy\, and the Chronicle of Philanthropy. Allen holds a master's degree in public health\, a master's degree in social work\, and a bachelor's degree in sociology\, each from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.\n\n\n\n \n***********************************************************\n\n\nAbout Minnesota Keystone\n\nThis annual event celebrates Minnesota's tradition of corporate social responsibility and members of the Minnesota Keystone Program.
